I got this because of the high level of fulvic acid in the mix, as well as being dissolved in honey. The honey makes it quite easy to mix in with my fertilizers, compared to the actual resin. I have not eaten any sine I have gotten it with the intention to use with plants. So far the plants respond well and the honey can replace a little bit of molasses.
The honey sticks are good! And the taste is as expected for a honey combined with shilajit. I would describe the taste mostly like honey, but with an under flavor akin to licking the black top on a warm summer day. That black street taste and smell sort of ruminates throughout this honey. I find it both comical and strange all at once. I’m not totally sure or sold out mentally with the whole shilajit trend. I mean it’s literally asphalt from high up in the mountains in a certain area. How did the asphalt get up in the mountains though? Who’s putting asphalt up in the mountains? And who decided it was a good idea to start licking the asphalt up in the mountains? And then why did someone think it was a good idea to start selling that asphalt so that others could lick it too?? So many questions, so little time. Interesting enough the scientific name for shilajit is literally asphaltum….. get it? It’s asphalt. lol

I had the pleasure of trying the Shilajit Honey Sticks from Natruveda, and I’m thoroughly impressed with their quality and convenience. Each stick combines the potent benefits of Himalayan Shilajit resin and Kashmiri saffron in a mess-free, portable package. The flavor is subtly sweet and earthy, a perfect balance that feels both indulgent and healthy. I love that they’re made with pure ingredients, free from artificial additives, and even the packaging avoids printed ink for safety. These sticks are incredibly handy, whether I’m at the gym, at work, or traveling—they fit seamlessly into my daily routine. The crystallization process, which I initially noticed, reassured me of the product’s purity, and a quick dip in warm water returned them to their liquid form without any loss of taste. It’s heartwarming to know that Natruveda donates 10% of their profits to help children in need, making my purchase feel even more meaningful. The saffron adds a luxurious touch, enhancing both the taste and wellness benefits. These honey sticks are a fantastic way to incorporate natural health into my day effortlessly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a blend of convenience, flavor, and holistic wellness.
